As the name suggest, the movie is reaally the King among the latest releases. The movie stars Jiiva, Karthika, Pia and Ajmal. The moive starts off at a very rapid pace with a wonerful bank robber scene. The director K.V.Anand has really succeeded in holding the pace throughout the movie. The movie has great songs by Harris Jayraj and the picturisation is really amazing. K.V.Anand relly stands out in his camera works and direction. The movie is a very good follow up to the super hit moie Ayan. Jiiva plays a press reporter and hence does good justice to his role. Pia and Karthiga are his co- workers with both itching to be his better half. Both have done their character well, a mix of glamour and acting. Ajmal a budding politician is trying to clean up politics. Everything falls in place when Ajmal wins the elections and then his character lights up. Really a MUST WATCH movie. The best Movie of the Year so far.
