Kullanari kootam is a full and full entertainer with Vishnu in the lead. The film is directed by Sri Balaji and has music by SelvaGanesh. The movie is based on a simple plot of 'Wrong Recharge'. The hero, a MBA graduate mistakenly recharges the phone of the heroine. He falls in love with her trying to get back the money. The first half only revolces around the two. In the second half Vishnu goes to meet the heroines parents to get their permission. But they ask him to join the police service. But Vishnu's dad is against it. BUt VIshnu goes for the selection process without his parents knowledge. Though he and his friends(from Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu) pass all the test, they are denied entry into the force. Thats when they decide to bring to light the illegal formalities involved in it. The second half is very catchy and full of fun.
