Vijay's 51st film KAVALKARAN has been renamed KAVALAN.The entire crew along with the Illayathalapathi,Heroine ASIN,Director Siddique and Comedian Vadivel announced this in the press conferrence recently.Vijay stated that there was confusion among people about the name of the movie.HE stated that the movie is named 'Kavalan' rather than its previous name 'Kavalkaran' or the rumors stating 'Kadhal Kaval'.The movie is expected to be released in DEC 2010.The delay in schedule was due to Asin who went for another commitment in Mumbai and hence Vijay started his 52nd Velayudham.The movie Kavalan has music by Vidhyasagar.The movie is the remake of BodyGuard where in Vijay(Bhoominathan) is the bodyguard of RajKiran.
