3 Idiots was a huge hit in Hindi with it grossing over 300crore all over India.Now its turn for the Tamil and Telugu counterparts to bring in the profits.The biggest part is that Director Shankar after completing ENDHIRAN will go for this bilingual project.The rights has been accquired by Gemini Film Circuit and the biggest news is that Sun Pictures is planning to release it.The movie has Illayathalapathi Vijay in Amir's role and Silambarasan and R.Madhavan joining in.But the latest news is that both Maddy and STR have backed out while Jeeva and Siddharth have been roped in.The telugu version will have Magesh Babu replacing Vijay and the rest of the cast has to be decided.The music will not be done by A.R.Rahman since he is busy with his World Tour,so Harris Jeyraj is the next option,Satyaraj is playing the role of VIRUS while Anushka is the female lead.The songs 'ALL IZZ WELL' and 'ZOOBIE DOOBIE' are likely to be retained but with shankar around much better songs can be expected.This movie will also be a huge expectation with majority of the film industry involved in it.
